This work investigates high-speed IM/DD optical transmission using TFLN-based modulation integrated on PICs operating in the O-band. A key emphasis is placed on waveguide crossings, where insertion loss (IL), crosstalk, and back-reflections are analyzed to understand their impact on overall link performance and signal integrity at elevated data rates.
